SA2 Patching Help
 

I am trying to copy a selfboot of sonic adventure 2 which i can do but the version i am copying is the hooligan release. This crashes at points in the game so i need to convert it to the echelon version. I have the echelon patch and have tried applyppf to patch the .cdi file but when i burn the copy does not work. I make an image with dj3 but copy by cdirip then cdrecord because dj doesn't work for my burner. Can i patch a dj3 image or do i need dj2 and does using cdirip to the .cdi and burning tracks separately with cdrecord make a difference? Any help would be gratefully accepted
