Origachip with u.s v2 board problem

I installed the origachip with my ps2 us board v2 it's run ps1 cdr and ps2 cdr perfectly fine. I don't have chance to try dvdr and original import yet but I assume it should work. The problem is about 2 of 10 times while I play the game froze for no reason. Does anyone has this problem with their origachip? Or which spot I should double check or make correct. Any suggestion 'd be very appreciated. Thanks

: problem would be solved. using a cd-r of good quality. that it also happens with me in the jap. opens and close the drawer works the game again
