backup or no-cd for midtown madness 2

total newbie, found No CD exe on GCW but no success installing. Any help appreciated, need dummy-proof instruction. Thanks, DDF
ps; I was able to copy disk with Clone CD successfully;)

make a full install of the game, patch it to v1.1 & go to:
