Sega Sonic CD (95) is there a patch for '98?
 

Could anyone tell me if you can get a patch for the game Sonic CD so that it will work on Windows '98?

It used to work fine on '95 but I can't get it to work on '98, it installs and shows demo screen but won't play the game.
