My Unreal Tournament GOTY freezes after the splash screen.
 

Can anyone help me with this problem. I have win 2000 and I have this version v3-w2k-1.03.00 of drivers. I click on play unreal tournament, and the splash screens comes up. Then it goes into full screen, and the screen goes black, and nothing ever loads. Please help, I would appreciate it greatly
