Point in the right direction.

I have to admit I am a bit overwhelmed at all this information. Not until recently did I realize there were so many options for burning CD's

I have an HP CD-WRITER 7100 or 7500 series (Not sure, Im not at home right now I'm at my office, had the burner for like 2 years now) and have used Adaptecs DIRECT CD to burn and back up all my CD's in the past.

It has done a good job, but recently a few back ups have gone bad.

I was unable to copy my HALF-LIFE, MADDEN 2000, and most recently UNREAL TOURNAMENT.

I see so many other programs to use I wonder if using them might be something I can get more success from, instaed of using DIRECT CD.

Normally I just highlight all the files in the CD I want to burn, click copy, then go to the CD where I have my blank CD waiting and hit PAISTE.

Dunno if thats the best way to do it or not.

Any suggestions for the best software to use or if I should just stick with what I have for the CD burner I use?

Clonecd is the best program out there, it makes a perfect 1:1 copy and you don't need any cracks for the burned copy to work.

Clone CD is the best for this sort of copying, HOWEVER, you can forget it as your burner is NOT compatible with it.

DAMN!

:-(

My HP CD-WRITER PLUS 7500 Series has let me down!

Well, I tried -- any other recommendations in software to use FOR this CD writer? Something better than using DIRECTCD?
