Cant Install RTCW .. error at 56% !!
 

Hey Guys.. something really bad happens 2 X-Mas, i cant install the english Version of RTCW.. Its a burned CD with the original serial Code but when the files copied to harddisk the installations stopped at 56% with the message: "" an I/O error occurred while installing a file. This is normally caused by bad installation media or a corrupt installation file ""... What can i do? is it a bad copy (but it seems to be allright till then) or need I a crack bevor install the game (what i dont guess) THX a lot 4 help me and merry X-MAS Ps: Sorry 4 the bad english.. Antworten auch gerne in deutsch..

no.. i think the cd is ok. could it be a copyprotection or something like that ? but this is strange coz i was able to burn the cd very well..
It says "ERROR : Corrupt File" maybe its a crack problem ???

k, i believe it.. but how can i burn it, that it will work while install it.. is it right that it has safedisc 2 protection ? and how to remove it? iam a newbie in that case... so iam lucky 4 every advice...

Hmmm, the cd is bad. You need new CD. And about the protection use the one on GCW
