civ 3 1.16f - under win xp
 

does have anybody patch that work after win xp?

I run XP Pro and the EXE I mailed to GCW works fine!

I installed my copy of Civ3, applied the official patch and replaced the EXE with the fixed one and played the game! I took out the CD before playing and it never asked for it!

Are you using an Original CD/ISO CD/Cloned CD or a RIP of the game!!

I did a full install from a Cloned image, works fine! Did the game run BEFORE using the patch and new EXE or has never run at all?

I do know some people have had problems with graphics cards, have you got the latest drivers installed for your card?

i have iso but with crack folder and so .......

if you have clone cd image you do not need crack or yes???

No I don't need a crack, but using one means I do not need the CD inserted each time I play!!
