what CD-ROM drives read RAW mode?

am looking as getting sony burner but these write but dont read DAO RAW mode so need a CD-ROM drive that will read RAW. anyone know where I can get a list of CD-ROM drives that are able to read RAW?

choose requirements from the left menu and then harware requirements in the main page. There u can see what CD ROM/R/RW sypport RAW reading/writing and other info.
