there is no need to send me emails with
"can you send my serial for game/app xxx"
or "i search for game xy to download"
you will have a nice ban after such a mail!!!!!!
and dont wait for a response...
not wanted too are
"i cant login in the forum cause my account is inactiv"
or "please reactivate my account"
banned is banned! no second chance!!!!!
so dont wait for a responese too!
emails with askin about copy games and sich thinks are unwanted!we have a forum!
you get no ban but i will ignore these mails.haven't the time to answer them.

I thought the point of banning someone was to force them to contact you in order to resolve some issue (e.g. spamming/trolling). If you just run around deactivating peoples' accounts and ignoring the resulting emails, people will just resort to making new accounts and continuing to do whatever they got banned for.

Not a very professional policy IMHO.

The point in banning people is to stop them from blatantly breaking the forum rules, there are no second chances here, nor warnings.
