Cheap CDR's

How do I tell who made these cheap CDR's that I bought from COMPUSA? They have a green tint to them and they come in 100 disk shrinck wrapped package with no spindal in them. They were $19 us about a week ago. They burn alright in my LG-8240B.

Unfortunately this program will not work with my LG 8240B CDRW.

See if you can download Plextor Tools from www.plextor.com.
They also say that the burning software Feurio has a similar CD identifying little application.
