MW 4: Black Knight v1.0 [US] Fixed EXE

I can't get this NO CD patch to work ... looks like the same identical exe file when you replace it. Any body else have the same problem? Or possibly gotten it to work??

Any ideas or suggestions would be greatlly appreciated!
