Yuri's Revenge - What the hell????

Just how do u use the exe and rar files provided by gamecopyworld? I mean, what do they do? Do they allow u to play the game with a burnt disc? I hv tried, unzipped it and replaced the yuri.exe in the main directory but still no luck. Can anybody enlighten me?
