PS2 dvd ripping
 

It's time for me to upgrade to dvd ripping but I need help. It's confusing. So all I need is one good walk through ... step by step ... like how to copy a dvd to the hardrive etc ... anyone with some time and patience please help a fellow ps2 conehead out.

be prepared as it takes time to rip DVD's

For DVD ripping try a game like summoner following the guide by superlinux 2001. This can be found on http://www.sgt-dan.com
This was the first DVD Rip I did and found it useful as it tells you what programs to use and how to use them.
Summoner is an easy game to rip, after that I would try Orphen.
Gokuns guides are also very good and go through several games, giving you the basics of ripping.
When you are comfortable with these try following the GT3 guide this is slightly harder to rip but after following the other guides is straight forward.
