CloneCD settings for Aquanox?

does anyone know the CloneCD settings for Aquanox?! I tried to 'backup' it but it doesn't work!

If anyone toasted it sucessfully, could you please write down your settings here?

I am also struggling with this game.

I have a Plextor 12/10/32/A, I have been informed that this is a good writer for safedisk v2.

Can anybody recommend the settings for clonecd.

Thx for the reply, I have tryed this, passed the setting succesfully to clonecd but no joy.

I have even made my Plextor write be the reader, but get the same result.

Have you managed to copy Aquanox successfully.

ATIp never heard of this before, how do I check to see if this is on this game. One thing I have seen is some writing on the inner ring of the cd.

It says KDG AQUANOXV1.17, does this mean it is a later ver of this the game.

ATIP is an area on the CD where data about the producer, the type, etc. of the CD is stored. Newer copy protections (like Safedisk v2.51.xx and newer) can read this and if they find that the CD is not by the right producer, they dont start the game. For that reason you have to enable the "Hide CDR media" function.

The KDG AQUANOXV117 obviously means that it is Version 1.17.

I don't think you can check for ATIP except by testing for it yourself. Enable Hide CD-R Media in the Clone CD Tray and see what happens.

That's the reference for my previous comment. And I mean the only way you can tell if there is an ATIP check is being trying it out with and without Hide CD-R Media.

I have ver 3.0.8.2 of clonecd, does this have this hide cdr function, if so how do I enable it.

Download the latest version of CloneCD at www.elby.org. I think 3.0.8.2 doesnt have the Hide CDR Media. You can enable it by right clicking on the CloneCD tray icon (lower right corner of your desktop, next to the clock) and selecting it. It is not an option you can enable when burning the CD.
