how to copy gp3 2000 update
 

Hello,
I have a plextor 8/4/32a burner and tried diskjuggler, nero, clonecd and cdrwin to copy the cd.
The programs tell that the cd can;t be copied.
how can i copy it???
tried direct copy and image
