AOE2 Help
 

I've copied AOE2 for the second machine on my home LAN and cracked the executable file so that it can launch using the copied CD however when I click start game it says that I must be using the same version of the program! As it's a copied version of the original then I assumed it would be.

Does anyone know how to get around this?

One PC is on Windows XP, the other on Win98.

Firstly i would think that it means u need to update both AOE on both computers to the latest version.
