Can anybody help me with NFS: 5 (Patch 3.5) from where i can get it ?

Well if you mean the actual patch, you should automatically receive it when you try to play a multiplayer game. If you mean a crack for it, then it's probably best to make one yourself with the Unsafedisc tool that's widely available.

Unsafedisc is the best way to do it, but if you don't want to use it take a look at megagames.com. I think I've seen it there recently.

Hmmm... I don't know then unless you may need to put the original EXE back in, in case you're using a cracked EXE.
Or perhaps you don't have a valid serial #? I'm not accusing you of warezing it, just trying to think of possibilites.
