Extracting the Ultimate.exe

I have a problem with extracting the Ultimate.ace file (operation flashpoint). Maybe i got the wrong programm (winace?) or the files are busted.
howerever, when i try to extract, there comes an error message saying i need a never version of winace. so i've downloaded the newest one, tried to extract, and the same failure appears. some1 can help me?
