BEST COPY PROTECTION BURNER!!
Is it Plextor or Yamaha that have the best copy protection copying capabilities. What is the model number of the best one from either???
If you could email me at http://pierre_lovs_jenn**********com |
it depends on what programs you use. i have a yamaha 2100EZ and it burns great for all my backup games i get perfect burns no need for patches or anything else. i burned my diablo II and the expansion no problems and runs like the orginals. hope i helped you out a little bit.

I think the best burner also depends on what software you use. Clone CD is by far the best software to use. I have used Clone CD for a long time and it seems to copy most everything. Recently Safedisk 2 came out and i thought the mighty Clone CD had fallen. Then i purchased a Philips 804 drive for writing and have had new success with Clone CD. I recently copied Max Payne and Operation Flashpoint and have perfect 1:1 copies. I read the disks with a Plextor ide 12/10/32a and write them with a philips 804. I know the plextor is expensive, therefore look for a Toshiba DVD reader and the cheap Philips drive (about $80). Hope this helps!!

Check out CloneCD's website for info on compatible burners.
http://elby.org/CloneCD/english/cdr_a.htm The best burners are those which can do all current protections (without patches or cracks), so they must have the following properties 1. RAW-DAO 96 (can read and write all sub channel data) 2. correct efm encoding of regular bit patterns (for safedisc2) As to whether you choose SCSI, USB or ATAPI...it's up to you. And of course, price may be a factor |
