how do i backup ea sports games like nhl2001?
 

i have a TEAC CD-RW W58E 8x8x32x and i need to backup my NHL2001. Can someone please tell me how to go about doing this? I am somewhat of a newbie at the "backing up" of pc games right now. Can someone please give me the important info, advice, and wisdom i need to get me started on a good path please. thanx in advance.
