Safedisc with Toshiba DVD and Acer CDRW
 

Hey everyone, for the past few days, I've been trying to backup a copy of my favorite game, AOE2, ever since my brother hid it, I don't want him to do it again. I've been reading into this safedisc stuff and I have Easy CD Creator, and It will not allow me to copy it. I tried copying the cd to the harddrive then burning it from the hard drive and it worked, but when I try to play the game off that cd, it says it can't read the cd. Then I downloaded Blindread and Blindwrite and Blindread worked, but it said the projected time was 8 hours!!! So my question is, is there anyway to do this an easier way?? I read about stuff like unsafedisc and daemon-tools, which you use to dump the cd out on the hard drive, do something to it and then put it back on a cd.. how does that work? Please help, thanks!

Sorry, i just tried it again and the computer doesn't say it can't read it.. it says "Setup could not find (or could not read) the language specific setup resource dll, unable to continue. Please reboot and try again." What's that supposed to mean??
