1:1 Copy of Gangsters 2
 

Has anyone successfully made a 1:1 copy of gangsters 2??? i have searched previous posts and no one has said whether or not they have made a successfuly copy of the game or not

in addition i'm just curious if anyone knows the diffrence between a fixed exe crack and a no cd crack?? or are they the same? thanks for any replys much appreciated

I can answer your first question. Yes, I have made a 1:1 copy of Gangsters 2.

I chose "Fast error skip" (I always do anyway)
Then Close last session, that's all i did.

I don't use cracks so I couldn't answer that for you.

A fixed exe will usually get round some type of CD ##### or other annoyance.

The NO-CD will let you play the game, without the CD, as you would expect. Even though this is the case, I've seen on many occasions, files on GCW being said to be NO-CD cracks when they're really fixed executables.

what exactly do i need to do this skip error thingy >:P if someone can please explain that to newbie old me i would really appreciate it since i have been looking for a no cd crack for gangsters 2 for weeks ;[

In Clone CD - www.elby.org - use the following options to read the CD to an image file (use ur CD-writer to read the CD):

Fast Error Skip
Intelligent Bad Sector Scanner

Then you can burn the image to a CD for a perfect 1:1 copy.
