MAX PAYNE PATCH 1.01

HI all!
I have a problem with this game !
When I install the patch my backup CD works not !
So I use Insektor and PlayBackup to make it working !
But there is no way .
My Questions : What do the patch ?
How can I make the backup working without cracking the exe ???

These tools are blacklisted - so no way!

The patch blacklists some tools, the Daemon was also blacklisted, but the new Daemon V2.79 solves this problem!
So go get the Daemon from www.daemon-tools.com and dump form your original using the Daemon´s fast dump feature (see instructions for details), then play with enabled SafeDisc emulation and it´ll work like your original!
