CloneCD and Max Payne
 

Has anyone figured out what settings to use in CloneCD when making a backup of Max Payne? My backup installs the game fine but won't run it.

i have the same problem i burned an image of it with clonecd i have philips cdd3610
and it didnt work it installed it gr8 but it didnt work after the install im confused

For both of you: Go get the Daemon from www.daemon-tools.com, (re-)dump from your original using the Daemon´s fast dump feature (see Daemon instructions for details) with CDRWin or BlindRead, write the image to cd-r with CDRwin or BlindWrite, then play with enabled SafeDisc emulation.

I don't understand that software at all. I've tried to use it before and can't even figure out what it does.

me have the same prob but i use this crack for my clonecd copy !
and it works fine ! ;-)
i dont know the error when i copy the cd with clonecd but anyway it runs fine now !

i think in 2 hours i have finished the game ;-)))

new safedisc detects clonecd's if you play with them in your burner, like securom does .
