Copying games to HD
 

I am using a Gold#### CDRW 8080B and Neroburn. I have been trying to burn backup CD's of my PC games.I have the cracks, but can't workout how to copy the original CD onto the HD in order to apply the cracks. I have tried using CDRWIN (with .bin files) and also Blind Read, but have been continually making coasters. The main game in question is ST Voyager Elite Force.

Well, I am quite sure that I misunderstood your question, but talking about copying (no imaging!) just do the following:

Open Windows-Explorer, open your cd, mark the whole contents of the cd and copy the stuff to a temp-folder.
Or open the ms-dosbox and enter: xcopy z:\*.* /s c:\gamecd, where z is the letter of your cddrive and gamecd is the folder you want to copy the contents of the cd to.
Then you can copy the crack to a folder in your tempdir, (e.g. C:\gamecd\crack)
or replace the main executable of the game with the crack (if the main does already exist unpacked!).
Then burn the contents of your tempdir to a cdr and dont't forget to label it as the original-cd.

sorry about this but i say the same problem that i am having, i have the temp folder and the contents but i do not know how to burn the contents on the folder to the cd-r, can you please tell me how?(i am using easy cd creator)
