I need help.
CAn i have a Gangster2 no-cd ?
It's slow to ran from the Cd, i want a No-CD Crack

Help please :)

on the main gamecopyworld page go to "game index" go to gangsters 2, theres a no-cd .exe available

I tried that before and its not workable, it still askes for my CD :(

Well, not sure it works anot, but one thing for sure, your .ace have some problem, it cant extract gangster2.exe out ;(

use winace V2.03 from www.winace.com

I am using that program!! but i still having difficulty extracting the .exe out :(

i read somewhere that some browsers mishandle the ace extention files and as a result the file is corrupted, try downloading the file with getright or someother download manager...

you must have V2.03

I also can't get the NoCd patch to work.

Has anyone got Gangsters 2 working without the cd?? I'd really like to know how you did it. It's a bloody good game and i'm pissed it ain't workin....

If u get ne help tellu me cos I've bin waitin ages 4 sum help. I've followed every step that has bin sed but still it either asks for CD or the program has preformed an illegal operation! hav u bin havin the same troubles?

In order to create a working backup of Gangster 2 you need to do the following.

Use fixed exe file for version 1.0.5 then update gangster 2 to version 1.0.6

mayne this is not what you want to here but i just want to tell you of another option....

if you get virtualcd from GCW then create a gansters2 cd on correction setting 2 and then download and install the offical update
then the game works much faster and you no longer need the cd.
but first try just using the offical update as it seems to weaken the copy protection, although prehaps thats what hothouse creations wanted it to look like to confuse the pirates...
anyway give it a go...
