Help needed, language in Resident Evil 3
 

I have Resident Evil III, but in some other language. The main screen is in english, but the rest is in chinese or japanese. Is there easy way i can get it right? without buying a new english one? Can it be done by just replacing the exe? if yes, can anyone send me a an exe pls? I hope someone helps me
