Tropico No-CD Patch (GERMAN)

I tried the NO-CD Patch from gamecopyworld, the german version but I have some problems. Can somebody tell me where I can find another NO-CD Patch (GERMAN)?

the crack works only at version 1.0. maybe you´ve updated tropico to v.102.
