Problem with UnSecurom

I've tried using the UnSecurom ver 1.0 program but unfortunately it crashes with an error "unable to find SHW32.DLL".

I've tried this on 2 pc's both running Win98SE. I've done a search and there isn't a file with this name anywhere in C:\Windows

Please can someone help?
