Where can i found a patched EXE ( VER : 3.0.9.9 ) ?

Wie kann ich es denn nun anstellen, daß ich dieses Spiel ohne CD
in Laufwerk spielen kann ?
Ich habe mich eigentlich an die Anleitung gehalten; nur mit welchem Programm wird denn eine seperate EXE erstellt ?
Wo kann man eine fertige EXE für die aktuelle Version bekommen ?

By sure it doesn't work... ??? did you finally manage to play without cd, Hooper? I got the same problem as you... (please, not german answer!);)

I do my best for answer in english ... ;)

I've used so many patches, but no one will work !!! :(
