new dvd drive, helpme
 

i got a dvd drive today and i try to play three kings but when i put it in it brings up the menu and every thing but when i try to play it in pc friendly but it says cannot find dvd decoder can some 1 tell me where to get a dvd decoder from or wot to do plz
