finally managed it but am i gonna have a problem
 

I finally managed to backup the sims using cloneCD. When i started it however it kept saying error reading sector. Is this normal or am i going to have a problem with this disc in the future? I tried the bakup disc and it worked fine but for how long?

Its part of the protection called Safedisk, the errors should happen between sectors 800+ to 10000+. The errors are differnet for every game but they will be around there.
