HELP!! WHERE IS THE CRACK SUDDEN STRIKE FOREVER????

Hello I need it Two but if You Recorder works wiht clon cd than are here the
settings
read the first 4
write the last one

i have make with this settings a copy
and they works but if the game starting i must press the Esc button one time and than the Game run
