Has anybody copied Links2001? Please help....
 

I have tried CloneCD, but it didn't even wanted to create
the image file to hard disk. Maybe my settings was wrong.
Any help will be much appreciated.

The simplest way:
-get the fixedExe from GCW
-copy cd1 to hd and replace the original RUKSHUK.EXE executable with the one from GCW
-burn cd (don´t forget the label)
it is possible furthermore to patch the game

Also, if your capable of using CloneCd, use that. The game is SafeDisc protected, so any patch you apply will need another crack. That's how I backed up mine. BTW, the requirements for the course builder are very demanding, if you just want the game, you only need 1 & 2.

Sorry, didn't read your post carefully enough. I used the default settings for CloneCD. Just let it make an image on your hard drive. Takes about 45 minutes so be patient. The first part will be slow for about the first 3%, then normal from there. Burn and your all set. I burned at Max with no problems...Good Luck!
