i have the dutch version of it....so does the english crack work on that too or do i have to wait for the dutch one???? and when will that be available???

Since the crack replaces a language independent loader,
chances are high, that one of the GCW cracks works for
the dutch version too.
In fact, I'm using the "german" crack with an US version of
the game.
