FileForums - CM00-01 no-cd

I'm sorry to ask a stupid question (which i'm sure has been asked many times before), but this is getting on my nerves.

What do i have to do to make this effin' thing to work? I've downloaded the "Official CM 00/01 v3.89 Patch" from Gamecopyworld. When I click on the icon and it starts to install it, the computer always says: "Unable to find CM00/01 installation Re-install CM00/01 from CD and try again".

Now, as things stand, I don't have the cd at home. So could someone please help me out here?? It would be greatly appreciated.
