How do i copy half life:opposing force and what is the best program and settings to do it

Read Options
-------------
read subchannel from data tracks OFF
read subchannel data from audio tracks OFF
fast error skip ON
don't report read errors OFF
intelligent bad sector scanner OFF

Write Options
-------------
don't repair subchannel data OFF
