Install the game - Full Installation.
Extract the Executable Archive to the game directory(Installationdiretory) - overwriting existing files.
Play the Game!

A Installationdirectory is the directory where you are the game have installs on your Harddrive for example for the Game B-17
C:/Programs/Microprose/B17
extract=undress the Zipfile
