Diablo II 1.04c Patch isn't working! Help!
 

I am tryind to install the 1.04c patch (from Ren) and I keep getting an "access_violation" error. I have a legit serial and have used the offical upgrade from blizzard. What could I be doing wrong?! Please Help!

p.s.- I'm using 98, not NT

Hy the ren crack is the old 1.03. So use the lord crass (He is the best god, once again thank him for doing this crack) crack the us V.
It should work fine it works for me, if u want to know how to use it online read the lord's answer to me in forum 1.

Do not use the 1.04c D2 exe crack. The one that works is the 1.04b crack from LordCrass. You can even patch D2 to 1.04c or 1.04b and it works. LordCrass even made the file smaller with no ill effects. Remember though this crack will not work over BNET. Thanks again LordCrass :)

I think the one from LordCrass is a 1.04c because version of exe is 1042.
And it works for me with my german D2.
Yeah i like those new items.
