Giants cab files(But not true cab files)
 

Hi guys, Does any intelligent being out there know how to extract the cab files from the 2 giants citizen kabuto cds, they appear as CABS, but no extraction util i have will do..please help me, I`ll love ya all for life!!!!!!.RaVeN

They are 'TRUE' Installshield Cab files.
Try one of the 15comp or 16comp utils from GCW or even the unpacker from Installshield itself.
