Found Solution for graphics mystery in Project IGI
 

there is no copy protection as some have said for Project IGI...the cluttered bar at the bottom of the screen can be done away with by using (in my case) a 64 meg card, preferably the Annihilator 2 Ultra..I was using the regular Annihilator2 (not MX) before...so go spend 500 bucks and you wont be disappointed!

what cluttered bar at the bottom of the screen?

Never heard of this one...I have a working copy made with CloneCD and my plextor 12/10/32A
