Backup PAL Games On US PS2?
 

Every time I burn a PAL Game, then use my NEOKEY to start the backup the games start but the screen flickers the hole time?

Is it because the UK PS2's use a lesser power sorce then Americans PS2's

no, it's because europe uses a different TV standard (PAL), which your TV can't display.
btw, UK uses actually twice the voltage of USA.

UK uses 50hz
US uses 60hz

US uses higher voltage!

I just got a PAL game to work Age Of Empires, had to patch it though.

US uses 110 V, UK uses 220 V.
