booting ea sports games

i have a version 5 pal ps2 with a neo 2.2 chip inside i also use ar2 v 2 i know the games i am trying to load are patched with the ea patch but when i try and boot them i get the disk spinning and a black screen when i press x i was told that you cant play ea sports games on a version 5 if this isnt true and some one knows how to load them i would be most grateful

v5 stumps downloaded EA games. But copied CD games will work, without patching, if made with CloneCD and a fully compatible burner. See ####://www.elby.de for download and compatibility details.

hey fellas im not choosing sides or sh!t like that but has it been proved that hellfire is wrong

Charlie 26-01-2002 07:19

No he's not proved wrong. But he butts into so many posts with the same message - the guy's promoting the Knife Trick.

But he's taking the piss. The spirit of the forum is to contribute or ask questions. Batting on about his web site which contains nothing useful but a description of the knife trick and some illegal downloads is taking the piss.

I know from other posts that some agree with me. Others won't and the idiot is perfectly free to continue with his annoyances as I am to tell him to go away.

I hope you value the help I and others provide to the forum.
