How can I copy a CD protected by "CD Checks" and which program do I need?

Cd-Checks means the CD has to be in the drive, so you can burn it with any prog you like. Be sure the CD has no other protection, like savedisc (1+2), securerom or others. Check gcw\cd-protections for details!
