HELP! how do you Extract audio/CDDA files to ???
 

I am trying to backup my Railroad Tycoon II and this is the instruction I have for it:
Create the following temporary directories:
TempDir#1 : C:\TEMP\CD
TempDir#2 : C:\TEMP\AUDIO
TempDir#3 : C:\TEMP\ICOMP
Copy the full contents of the original CD to TempDir#1.
Extract all Audio/CDDA tracks to TempDir#2.

how do I recognize those audio or CDDA files . on that specific CD???

What do you use as a programme to find them???

I am lost here.
