PS2 Disk Tray Problem
 

I recently put my playstation in to get a modchip fitted. I was told that the disk tray chip was damaged. It did work fine before. Now its is chipped but I the tray will not open when the button is pressed. Can this be fixed? Any ideas of where the fault is?

if it was ok before u had it chipped u payed take it back

Dust is right.

It's probably pins 5&6 of the CPU that are bridged.
