Making full working backups of certain games
 

Hello, I've been trying for days to make full working backups for the following games: Army men 2, Black Op's Vietnam, and Tony Hawk's pro skater 2. every time i make the back up, the programs install completely, but when i try to play them i get the message "insert game cd". Is there any particular way about copying the original games cd's exactly to fix that? or are there any patches for those games avalible so you don't need the cd?
