problems with creating an iso

when i try to rip an image of unreal tournament, every single program i use gives me errors, can it be my burner is messed up? i can rip other programs. Theres no problems with burning, just reading, and i know my drive can rip unreal cause its done it before, but when i went to try it again, it gives me errors. I'm using my burner which is a sony crx 145 to rip the cd, could it be that the lens is dirty or something? i tried ripping on my samsung dvd also, it dosn't work.

Sorry for the previous...

The previous message explains the Unreal Not-Tournament copy. This is for the Tournament (from gamecopyworld.com of course)...

CD-Copy Instructions:

Create the following temporary directory:
TempDir--> C:\TEMP\CD

Copy the full contents of the original CD to TempDir.

Replace the <TempDir>\SYSTEM\UNREALTOURNAMENT.EXE file with the fixed executable.

Burn the contents of TempDir to a CD-R and use the same CD-Label as the original CD.

Play the game!
