Need Help Burning Age of Empires 2 and The Sims: Livin' Large

What should I do to sucessfully make backups of these two games?
(I DO NOT wish to patch them)
Age of Empires 2
The Sims: Livin' Large

Livin' Large would not work with CloneCD. Someone please help ASAP.
